BATTEST24V – compact meter of accumulator condition and expected service life

BATTEST24V is an advanced hand device for the diagnosis of rechargeable batteries up to 24V. Unlike other testers that measure only the static properties of the accumulators, BATTEST24V can measure the accumulator´s internal resistance based on dynamic changes in the accumulator´s properties.

The device diagnosing the service life of chemical accumulators up to 24V batteries works on the principle of monitoring dynamic changes of accumulators properties. The tester doesn´t damage the accumulator and its display shows a big range of diagnostic data.

Internal resistance is the best indicator of the condition of any accumulator and its expected service life. BATTEST24V measures the internal resistance change during the accumulator load test and creates different types of discharge characteristics according to the kind of the test selected.

Discharging characteristics are compared with the saved accumulator characteristics corresponding to good condition or with the features ​​claimed by the accumulator manufacturer.

Based on this comparative diagnosis it simply indicates the condition of the accumulator like “New, Good, Weak, Bad…” or provides a detailed list of both the measured and control data or provides the percentage of the accumulator condition.

The tester doesn´t damage the tested accumulator by complete discharging and displays a range of parameters such as: accumulator charging level, voltage of the measured accumulator, load and measurement parameters, test progress, warnings and data for designing accumulator discharge data.
